CAMPGROUND SPEED LIMIT IS 10 MPH!

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR WEATHER – RELATED CONDITIONS OR EARLY LEAVE

1. Excessive Noise

Excessive noise or other nuisances are not permitted. Please keep radios and talking down at the campsite between 11pm and 8am.

2. Respect

Please be respectful of the campgrounds and of other campers and their property.

3. Registration Age

You must be 21 years old to register for a campsite. Each campsite must have an adult present at all times with children.

4. Responsibility

Parents are responsible for children’s actions. Children are to stay off other sites and are to be accompanied by an adult to the restrooms and the beach. Children are to be at your campsite after quiet hours.

5. Cleanliness

Your campsite must be clean at all times and place all garbage in dumpsters.

6. Solicitation

No peddling or selling of merchandise at campsites.

7. Wastewater

There are seepage pits on some sites for dishwater only. Please use dump station for other wastewater.

8. Vehicles

Only 2 motor vehicles per campsite. Please be sure to park on your site. All other vehicles must park in designated parking areas.

9. No Firearms

No firearms of any kind in the campground.

10. No Fireworks

No fireworks of any kind in the campground.

11. Car Passes

Be sure to have your car pass in your window. We check!

12. Sleeping Units

No more than one sleeping unit per campsite. Tents less than 7.5’ x 7.5’ are permitted, in addition to the registered unit, to be used by children less than 12 years old only.

13. Generators

No generators allowed without office approval.

CAMPFIRES

Campfires are permitted, but do not leave them unattended. We do not provide fire rings. Please do not burn plastics or trash.

TREES

Do not damage (cut, chop, etc.).

PETS / ANIMALS

Your pets are welcome if they are under control, friendly, and quiet. All pets are required to be on a leash and/or penned at all times (leash can be no longer than 16’). Respect others by cleaning up after your pets. Children under 15 are not to walk pets without an adult. Pets are to be kept inside the trailer at night, and should not be left unattended at any time. Be sure your pets are up to date on their shots, and have paperwork available upon request. You are liable if your dog bites anyone. If these rules are not followed, your pet will have to leave the campground.

BEACH

Swim at your own risk. Swimmers must be accompanied by an adult. The beach is off-limits after dark. Pets / Animals are not allowed on the beach. No glass bottles of any kind on the beach. Please conceal alcoholic drinks!

Golf Cart Rules

Violating these rules will result in the loss of golf cart privileges.

1. Registration

All golf carts must register at the office and have a copy of Liability Insurance at check-in. (This includes 4-wheelers, Gators, Mini-Bikes, Mopeds, etc.)

2. Age & Restrictions

Operators of golf carts must be 16 years old with a valid driver’s license. However, if the staff finds a driver not following the rules, they can revoke your golf cart driving privileges at any time.

3. Seating Guidelines

Please follow specific seating guidelines for your recreational vehicle as described in the owners manual. All passengers must be seated while vehicle is in motion. Please no standing.

4. Use & Speed Limits

Golf carts must be operated properly (less than 10mph). No horseplay, racing, or other misuse of golf carts are permitted.

5. Area of Operation

Carts are to be operated on roadways only. No driving through campsites or other non-traffic areas.

6. Intoxication

No driving while under the influence of alcohol or other drugs.

7. Responsibility

Golf cart registrant is responsible for golf cart at all times.
